REMINDER:  All teams MUST have NIHA-Canada Insurance.  Any teams without this

Insurance MUST buy the "Weekend Warrior" policy for $6.00 player.  Proof of Insurance and

SCHOOL ID is to be submitted at Check-in prior to your 1st game.  Weekend Warrior available

at the tournament.  Team Rosters with copies of School Identification to be submitted upon Check-in.
